Delete my account

Request deletion of your Olé Sports account and its associated personal data. You can still shop as a guest.

What happens next

  1. Submit this request using your account email.
  2. We verify that the account belongs to you before deleting data. We contact you at that email; you do not need to open another support ticket.
  3. We process the request within 30 days and email you confirmation. If records must be retained to meet legal obligations, we explain what is retained.

This request does not cancel or refund orders. Records needed for payments, tax or disputes may be retained. A separate Shop or Shop Pay account is managed separately with Shopify.

Use the email you sign in or order with. We only delete an account after verifying ownership.
