Refund policy

Requesting a return or exchange

You may request a return or a size exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Email support@olejerseysofc.com with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. We will provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Please do not send items to our business or registered address without instructions.

Once you notify us of a return, send the items back without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of our instructions. You may inspect an item as you would in a store. Use, washing, damage or alterations beyond reasonable inspection may affect the refundable amount as permitted by applicable law.

Personalized items

Items personalized with a name, number or other requested details are made for your order. Once personalization has started, they cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, incorrect or personalized differently from your confirmed request.

Return costs

You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or affected by an error on our part, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution without passing the applicable return costs to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. We may wait until we receive the items or sufficient proof that they have been sent back, whichever comes first. Initial shipping charges are handled under applicable law; additional express services are not refundable where a standard alternative was available.

Cancellation and problems

Contact us to request cancellation before preparation or fulfillment starts. If the order is already in preparation, personalized or shipped, this return policy applies. Report damaged, incorrect or incomplete items promptly, preferably within 14 calendar days of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs. We will review a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund as appropriate. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
